Welcome to Antchito! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Antchito mobile application (the "App") and any related services provided by Virtual Tech ("we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
Antchito is a digital platform designed to help employers manage employees. The App provides tools for tracking payments, managing leave, storing documents, calculating gratuity, and generating reports related to domestic employment in compliance with local regulations.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
Account Creation
By creating this account you agree to be 18 years of age or older. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Data Accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you enter into the App, including but not limited to employee details, salary information, payment records, and leave dates. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies or for verifying the data you provide.
Lawful Use
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Malawi, including labor laws.
3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Trials
- Free Tier & Trial Period: We offer a free tier of service or a free trial period for our subscription plans. The features available during this period will be clearly communicated within the App. At the end of a free trial, you will be required to purchase a subscription to continue using premium features.
- Subscriptions: To access premium features you must purchase a subscription. Subscriptions are available on a monthly, bi-annual, or annual basis.
- Billing: Subscription fees will be billed in advance on a recurring basis through the App. Your subscription will automatically cancel at the end of each billing cycle unless it is renewed.
- Payment Processing: For any payment made through our integrated payment gateway shall be processed by a third party. The third-party payment processor may have their terms and conditions which are not part of our terms and conditions.
4. Data Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the App is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Virtual Tech and its licensors.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately should there be any breach to Our terms and consitions.
A subscriber may terminate the account at any time by contacting us or through the functionality provided in the App.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Virtual Tech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Malawi.
9. Changes to Terms
t shall be the duty of every subscriber to aquaint themselves with any changes to our policies.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the way of arbitration to be apointed by the agreement of both parties.
